🌀 Snail – our favorite spiral with character

The Snail is anything but well-behaved.
A vibrant strand of Rayon gimp, formed into playful spirals, each elegantly bordered by a metallized thread of the same Size. The spirals are connected with a fine Chain Stitch – flexible, mobile and full of energy.
This structure practically invites you to try it out: Embroider, Appliqué, free textile techniques, jewelry, accents on fabric or object – the Snail does it all. No wonder it has been one of the absolute favorites of our customers for years.

Unfortunately, the Snail is currently not available. Our previous manufacturer can no longer produce it after losing a machine in the major flood of 2024. That hurts – us as much as you.
The good news:
We have found a new supplier who will probably be able to produce this special strand for us again. It still takes some patience, but the chances are good that the Snail will return.
Until then, it remains what it always was:
a small textile icon that shows how much movement, Sheen and joy can be in a spiral 🌀✨
