Silk Whisper (SWH)

Recommended needles when using one thread:
Wool Darner 14, tapestry/chenille needle 13 or 14

Recycled silk chiffon fabric. Wonderfully soft, can be embroidered, ruched, stretched, perfect for needle felting – simply an all-rounder.
Silk Whisper is spun from recycled silk chiffon. The thread is always uneven in thickness, from very thin to very thick and lumpy. Always good for a surprise!

A great effect thread that can be used for almost all textile techniques. Knot Stitches, chain stitch ribbon, woven ribbon, laying techniques – with the right needle it becomes child’s play.

On canvas, the stitch size for most stitches simply has to be doubled or tripled. And the thread already fits on every Size canvas. The examples are worked on 56 Royal Canvas.
